this week i got Eclipse portable for my pen drive and it is just like blue j and net-beans and uses the same type of typing so it is going to be easy and a little better to have some help. i also need Eclipse because it is more compatible with minecraft and i don't have to change files or do it all over again most of the testing will have to be at home since WBOE blocks the wiki and minecraft so i will have to do it at home but it should work out well. I'm going to know more about Eclipse more and try to think about what to do more and what i should add to the mod or just use blocks made to make a crafting recipe. so i dont know and will try to figure it out

I would start by reverse engineering somebody else's source code and changing around what they did. Find an example that is filled with comments! This always helps me get going faster than starting from scratch on my first coding attempt. Then you can try your own mod from scratch. Good luck with your mods!
